How'd Ben do?

My blogging haitus has become semi-permanent due to a little toddler training going on in the Bredemeyer Household. I say "training"...it has been more like man on man on tot since we came home from California. Kevin now refers to our anniversary trip as the "really expensive vacation that will cost me for a lifetime!"

As you all know our darling child suffers from pretty severe seperation anxiety and being away from him for 10 days certainly did not help. We thought that since he would be splitting his time between his 6 favorite people on Earth, that the severity of our being away would somehow lessen. It did not.

I am happy to report that almost a month later, things are starting to look up and each day he seems to let go a little more of his fear of being abandoned by Mom & Dad. Hurray for progress. I am convinced that the Industrial Revolution happened in a shorter amount of time, but as everyone with a child knows: IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING!

So I thought I'd share with you the only photo we have of Ben in the past month. This was taken the day we got back. I think it pretty well sums up his oppinion of our leaving him for 10 days!
